Give the gift of your time at The Arc Ontario's Holiday Gift Wrapping Booths at Eastview Mall!
As the holiday season approaches, The Arc Ontario is seeking volunteers for our annual Holiday Gift Wrapping Booths at Eastview Mall. This fun and festive fundraiser will take place December 7 through Christmas Eve. Volunteers are needed to help with taking in gifts and wrapping and returning packages to customers.
Our Main Booth will be located in the Mall’s main court behind Santa, and our secondary booth will be just outside Macy's department store, and we couldn't be more excited to create a festive atmosphere where shoppers can have their gifts beautifully wrapped while supporting a worthy cause. We are reaching out to you because we believe your involvement could make a significant impact on our efforts.
How You Can Get Involved:
Volunteer as a Gift Wrapper: Share your creativity and gift-wrapping skills with shoppers as you transform their presents into works of art. We have three shifts available each weekday, from 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM, 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM, and 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM. On Saturdays, shifts are available from 11:00 AM – 3:00 PM and 3:00 PM – 7:00 PM. On Sundays, shifts are 10:00 AM – 2:30 PM and 2:30 PM – 6:00 PM. Shift start and end times may vary depending on Mall hours. Become a Supervisor: If you have experience in managing gift intake and/or the cash register, consider volunteering as a supervisor. Supervisors play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our booth and supervising our amazing team of gift wrappers.
