Ontario ARC to Host Person Centered Services Meetings

Person Centered Services and agency partners are hosting informational forums to introduce the mission and vision of our Care Coordination Organization. Space is limited at most locations and will be available on a first come, first served basis. Future sessions will be scheduled as necessary, and will cover additional topics.
