Creative Expressions Receives Donation Award from Finger Lakes Plein Air Competition & Festival

Ontario ARC’s Creative Expressions program recently received a donation award from the Finger Lakes Plein Air Competition & Festival (on behalf of the Ontario County Arts Council). “[Ontario] ARC goes above and beyond to improve the lives of those with developmental disabilities,” and “represents all that is good, wholesome, ethical, and moral in our community… Your efforts are greatly appreciated by those in the arts community.”

Artist David Brown and Christin Lersch (Art Specialist, Creative Expressions Program) attended the Preview Party & Awards Event at Sonnenberg Gardens on June 8 to accept the award. David Brown enjoys participating in various local arts community events. He, along with other artists in the Creative Expressions program submit work annually to the festival’s “Les Petits” art show and sale.
